A: Yes, that is what ContactBooks Pro is for. Invoices, credit notes,
packing slips, and receipts from Shopify orders, on your own templates
and company details. Numbering runs on independent sequences for
invoices, draft orders, and credit notes, each with the prefix,
padding, and yearly, monthly, or no reset you choose, assigned
automatically when an order is created, paid, fulfilled, or refunded.
Every number is written back onto the Shopify order, and documents
print directly or download as A4 PDFs.

Q: Is Merchantry a Shopify Partner?
A: Yes. All apps are built for the Shopify platform, distributed
through the official Shopify App Store, and follow Shopify's app
review and GDPR requirements.

Q: How does Merchantry handle pricing?

free trial, and where it makes sense there is also a free plan with

A: No. We collect only what is needed to run each app, never sell user

## What ContactBooks Pro does

ContactBooks Pro turns Shopify orders into the documents your business
and your accountant actually need. Open any order and print an
invoice, a credit note, a packing slip, or a receipt. It goes out on
your own template, with your own company details, carrying your own
invoice number rather than Shopify's order number.

Shopify gives every order a number, but that number is not an invoice
number. It restarts nowhere, follows no format you choose, and skips
nothing when a draft is abandoned. ContactBooks Pro keeps its own
sequences instead: one for invoices, one for drafts, one for credit
notes, each with the prefix, padding, and reset period you set.
Numbers are assigned automatically as orders come in and written back
onto the Shopify order, so they are visible outside the app too.

The customer side of the app has not gone anywhere. Contacts,
addresses, Additional Customer Fields, store credit, tax exemptions,
marketing consent, and login tracking are still there, and they are
what makes a document complete: the tax number on the invoice, the
billing address on the credit note, the company on the packing slip.

## Documents

- Five document types: invoices, credit notes, packing slips, and
  receipts from any order; draft documents and packing slips from
  draft orders. Each type keeps its own template.
- Orders and drafts inside the app: browse them, open one, and produce
  any document it supports without leaving the screen.
- Print and PDF: print straight from the order page, or download a PDF
  rendered at A4. Receipts use a narrow thermal theme for till
  printers.
- Quick edit: adjust the wording on a single document right before
  printing without touching the template other orders use.
- Barcodes and QR codes: an order barcode for warehouse scanning, or a
  QR code pointing at a URL you set.
- A second page of your own: terms, return instructions, or anything
  else a customer needs alongside the numbers.

## Invoice numbering

- Your own sequences: independent sequences for invoices, drafts, and
  credit notes, each with prefix, suffix, start number, zero padding,
  and a yearly, monthly, or no reset.
- Automatic assignment: number orders when they are created, paid, or
  fulfilled; drafts when drafted; credit notes when refunded.
  Assignment is idempotent, so an order never picks up two numbers.
- Decide what counts: exclude point of sale orders, and set a start
  date so orders from before you switched numbering on stay out.
- Sequence controls: set the next number by hand, release a number you
  no longer need, or erase a sequence and start again.
- Written back to Shopify: every number is saved onto the order as a
  metafield, under a namespace and key you choose, so other tools and
  exports can read it.
- Numbers are assigned on the server, so previewing a template never
  consumes one.

## Templates and branding

- Line items: SKU, vendor, HS code, country of origin, barcode,
  weight, unit and total price, per-line tax, tax-exclusive prices,
  discounts, comments, reason codes, product images, variant layout.
- Totals and tax: subtotal, discounts, shipping, duties, tips, gift
  card payments, refunds, total paid, amount due. Tax prints per rate
  or combined, with tax-exclusive totals alongside.
- Order and customer details: order number and date, issue and due
  dates, payment method, terms and status, purchase order number,
  tracking number, shipping company, separate bill-to and ship-to.
- Company profiles: more than one sender identity, each with name,
  address, tax number, email, phone, website, and logo. Pull them from
  Shopify locations and keep them in sync, then pick which profile
  each template uses.
- Labels and styling: every heading and label is editable, and fonts,
  sizes, colours, and logo width are configurable.
- Formats and locale: date, time, currency, decimal, and weight
  formats per document, address formats per country, and line items
  printed in a translation locale you choose.

## Customers and companies

- Contacts and addresses: a full contact record with multiple
  addresses, a default address, and the provinces and phone codes that
  belong to each country. Changes push back to Shopify.
- Additional Customer Fields: birthdate, gender, job title, and tax
  ID. Configured on first run, stored on the Shopify customer, visible
  in Shopify Admin, included in CSV exports.
- Tax exemptions: recorded on contacts, Shopify customers, and company
  locations, using the exemption lists Shopify publishes for Canada,
  the United States, and the European Union.
- Store credit: add or deduct in any currency your store has enabled,
  set an expiry date, keep the full transaction log per customer.
- B2B companies: browse Shopify companies, their locations, and their
  contacts, and put the right company details on the document.
- Shopify customers directly: work on Shopify customer records
  themselves, not only app contacts.
- Marketing consent: email and SMS per contact, synced both ways with
  Shopify, carried through CSV imports and exports.
- Login tracking: storefront logins per customer with total, first,
  and last login, plus a dashboard showing trends over a date range.

## Data and operations

- Bulk operations: tag, untag, or delete thousands of contacts in the
  background with a progress bar. Review the history, cancel a running
  job, download the result of any operation.
- CSV import and export: Shopify-compatible format with a downloadable
  template. Large imports run in the background, and exports follow
  the filters you have applied.
- Real-time sync and activity log: customer, tag, and consent changes
  made in Shopify Admin appear as they happen, and the activity log
  records what changed and when.
- GDPR and store isolation: all three mandatory Shopify GDPR webhooks
  are implemented (data request, customer redact, shop redact), and
  each store's data is kept separate from every other store's.

## Who ContactBooks Pro is for

Merchants who:
- Have to issue invoices with a proper sequence, because their tax
  authority, their accountant, or their B2B customers require it.
- Send documents that need to look like their business, not like a
  default Shopify printout.
- Sell across borders and need tax numbers, tax exemptions,
  tax-exclusive totals, duties, and local date and currency formats.
- Sell to companies as well as consumers, and need company and
  location details on the document.
- Refund often enough that credit notes need their own numbered
  sequence.
- Also want the customer data Shopify doesn't track natively, such as
  tax IDs, store credit, and login activity, in the same place.

## How it works

Install from the Shopify App Store. The app configures sync and the
Additional Customer Fields on first run. Set up a company profile,
adjust the templates you plan to use, turn on numbering and choose
when it should fire. Then open any order and print.

If you installed ContactBooks Pro before the document features
shipped, the app will ask you to reconnect once. Producing documents
needs a few extra Shopify read permissions, and your existing access
token does not carry them yet.

## Privacy and data

ContactBooks Pro processes only the order and customer data needed to
produce your documents and provide its features. We do not sell,
share, or repurpose your data. Documents are generated on demand
rather than stockpiled. Customer data is deleted automatically within
30 days of uninstall, sooner on GDPR request.

## What Store Guard does

Store Guard watches every visitor, customer, and order on your Shopify
store, scores risk in real time on a transparent 0–100 scale, and lets
you block traffic you don't want before it turns into a problem. Built
around three signals: IP intelligence (geolocation, VPN, proxy, threat
history), customer history (order patterns, chargebacks, repeat
offences), and a customisable rule engine.

You decide what gets blocked, what gets flagged for manual review, and
what just gets a tag on the order. Every decision is explained, every
rule can run in test mode first, and the whole thing fails open if our
service is unreachable so a real customer is never stuck at checkout.

## Core features

- Real-time risk scoring (0–100) with transparent factor breakdown.
- IP intelligence — VPN / proxy / datacentre / known-bad-IP detection
  with threat-history data and geolocation.
- Customer history — order pattern analysis, cancellation and
  chargeback rates, repeat-offender detection.
